I lead the Space Weather Models team, a group of physicists and engineers building the sovereign space weather modelling capability for Australia and our region. After 17 years in water modelling at the Bureau I am still involved but now in an advisory capacity. I occasionally teach science at a local high school and love it. Influencing tomorrows leaders and rebels is the best way I know to tackle things like disinformation and the climate emergency.
